Winning 1-on-1s™ (including its 1-on-1s™ meeting functionality) is operated by Gate 67 Consulting, LLC.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These include:

• Role-based access controls for people using the Service
• Organization-scoped data isolation so tenant data is separated by organization
• Use of established cloud providers for hosting and core infrastructure, as described in our Privacy Policy

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Where AI-assisted features are enabled for your organization, we may process relevant content to generate suggestions or summaries. AI output should be reviewed by users before reliance in employment or business decisions. How information is used and shared—including with service providers—is described in the Privacy Policy.

If you connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook calendar, or Zoom, we access only the data needed for the features you enable—such as availability, creating or updating events associated with 1-on-1s, and meeting link details. You can disconnect integrations through account settings where available.

The use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This page does not claim SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, or similar certifications. It does not promise “bank-level” or absolute security. For retention, rights, and processor details, rely on the Privacy Policy rather than marketing summaries.
